Inspect these first — most-reported on this model

Air Bags (4 owner reports)Confirm the airbag light turns on then off at startup — if it stays lit there's a fault (costly, and a safety risk). Check for signs of prior deployment.
Steering (2 owner reports)Steering should be tight and centered — no play, clunks or wandering. Test at low and highway speed; listen for power-steering whine.
Seats (1 owner report)Have a trusted mechanic inspect this system as part of a pre-purchase inspection.
Electrical System (1 owner report)Test every electrical feature: windows, locks, infotainment, charging and all lights. Watch for flickering, dead accessories or warning lights.
Power Train (1 owner report)Drive through every gear: watch for slipping, hard or delayed shifts, and shudder. Check for transmission/driveline leaks and noises.
Tires (1 owner report)Check tread depth, the DOT age date, and that all four tires match with even wear. Look for bulges or cracks.
