Inspect these first — most-reported on this model
- Air Bags (7 owner reports)Confirm the airbag light turns on then off at startup — if it stays lit there's a fault (costly, and a safety risk). Check for signs of prior deployment.
- Fuel System (1 owner report)Sniff for fuel odor, check for leaks, hard starts or stalling, and confirm the fuel gauge reads correctly.
- Gasoline (1 owner report)Have a trusted mechanic inspect this system as part of a pre-purchase inspection.
- Electrical System (1 owner report)Test every electrical feature: windows, locks, infotainment, charging and all lights. Watch for flickering, dead accessories or warning lights.
- Tires (1 owner report)Check tread depth, the DOT age date, and that all four tires match with even wear. Look for bulges or cracks.
- Wheels (1 owner report)Inspect wheels for bends, cracks and curb rash, and feel for vibration at highway speed.
