Inspect these first — most-reported on this model

Power Train (6 owner reports)Drive through every gear: watch for slipping, hard or delayed shifts, and shudder. Check for transmission/driveline leaks and noises.
Electrical System (2 owner reports)Test every electrical feature: windows, locks, infotainment, charging and all lights. Watch for flickering, dead accessories or warning lights.
Fuel System (1 owner report)Sniff for fuel odor, check for leaks, hard starts or stalling, and confirm the fuel gauge reads correctly.
Gasoline (1 owner report)Have a trusted mechanic inspect this system as part of a pre-purchase inspection.
Air Bags (1 owner report)Confirm the airbag light turns on then off at startup — if it stays lit there's a fault (costly, and a safety risk). Check for signs of prior deployment.
Steering (1 owner report)Steering should be tight and centered — no play, clunks or wandering. Test at low and highway speed; listen for power-steering whine.
