Can I find out who owns this vehicle from the VIN?

NHTSA lists 10 recall campaigns for the 2004 Mazda RX-8 model year. That covers the model year, not this individual car: to see whether a specific vehicle still needs a recall repair, check its VIN on NHTSA.gov or ask a franchised dealer. Recall repairs are free.

What fuel economy does the 2004 Mazda RX-8 get?
