Remedy: DEALERS WILL MODIFY THE PLASTIC PAD ON THE FLOOR CARPET FREE OF CHARGE. THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT YET PROVIDED AN OWNER NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TOYOTA AT 1-800-331-4331.
