Can I find out who owns this vehicle from the VIN?

4S4WX92D384407482 is a structurally valid 17-character VIN with a correct ISO 3779 check digit, assigned to a manufacturer in United States. It decodes to the 2007 Subaru Tribeca.

Are there safety recalls on the 2007 Subaru Tribeca?

NHTSA lists 8 recall campaigns for the 2007 Subaru Tribeca model year. That covers the model year, not this individual car: to see whether a specific vehicle still needs a recall repair, check its VIN on NHTSA.gov or ask a franchised dealer. Recall repairs are free.

What is the 2007 Subaru Tribeca safety rating?

NHTSA gives the 2007 Subaru Tribeca crash-test ratings of frontal 5★, side 5★, rollover 4★ (out of 5; this model year pre-dates NHTSA's overall score).
