🔍 Listen for knocks or ticking, check for leaks and blue/white exhaust smoke, and make sure it doesn't overheat. No check-engine light should be on.

WBAEW51090PG00278 is a structurally valid 17-character VIN with a correct ISO 3779 check digit, assigned to a manufacturer in Germany. It decodes to the 2001 BMW 330XI.

Are there safety recalls on the 2001 BMW 330XI?

NHTSA lists 5 recall campaigns for the 2001 BMW 330XI model year. That covers the model year, not this individual car: to see whether a specific vehicle still needs a recall repair, check its VIN on NHTSA.gov or ask a franchised dealer. Recall repairs are done at no charge.

What fuel economy does the 2001 BMW 330XI get?

The 2001 BMW 330XI has U.S. EPA estimates of 18–20 mpg combined, depending on engine and trim (2 versions).
