Recall 15V376000

Suspension › Rear › Axle › Non-powered Axle Assembly — Evergreen · reported 16 Jun 2015 · 15 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC (EverGreen) is recalling certain model year 2015 i-Go, Ever-Lite, Sun Valley and Ascend travel trailers manufactured March 12, 2015, to May 29, 2015. In the affected trailers, the studs that are used to attach the wheels to the axle hubs may break.

The risk

If the wheel studs break, the wheel could detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

EverGreen will notify owners, and dealers will replace any affected wheel hub, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin August 7, 2015. Owners may contact EverGreen customer service at 1-574-825-4298.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
