Equipment › Recreational Vehicle/trailer — Entegra · reported 2 Oct 2018 · 95 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Entegra Coach (Entegra) is recalling certain 2019 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone and Insignia motorhomes. The affected vehicles have entry doors with latch rods that may be improperly adjusted, allowing the door to open during transit.

The risk

If the door opens during transit, it can increase the risk of injury or a crash.

The fix

Entegra has notified owners, and dealers will adjust the door latch rod, free of charge. The recall began October 15, 2018. Owners may contact Entegra customer service at 1-800-517-9137. Entegra's number for this recall is 9903409.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
