Recall 21V099000

Suspension › Front — E-one · reported 19 Feb 2021 · 10 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2020 Cyclone 2, Typhoon, and Typhoon N vehicles. The steering gear mounting bolts may become loose and back out, resulting in difficulty steering.

The risk

Difficulty steering, or the inability to steer in both directions, can increase the risk of a crash.

The fix

E-One will notify owners, and dealers will replace the steering gear mounting bolts and washers, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin March 2021. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
