Recall 22V908000

Fuel System, Gasoline › Delivery › Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings — Mclaren · reported 8 Dec 2022 · 164 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

McLaren Automotive Incorporated (McLaren) is recalling certain 2023 Artura vehicles. The nuts for the high pressure fuel pipe may loosen, which can result in a fuel leak.

The risk

A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as hot engine components, can increase the risk of a fire.

The fix

Dealers will replace the high pressure fuel pipes, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 27, 2022. Owners may contact McLaren customer service at 1-646-429-8916.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
