What's wrong

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2023 F-Pace vehicles. The engine cam carrier oil channel may be blocked, which can lead to an oil leak.

The risk

An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

The fix

Dealers will inspect and replace the engine cam carrier and related components as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2023. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H426.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
