What's wrong

Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Triple E Wonder W24RTB, W24RL, and W24FTB motorhomes. The wire insulation on the 120-volt wire routed to the air conditioner may become damaged, which can cause electrical arcing.

The risk

Electrical arcing may cause sparks and increase the risk of a fire.

The fix

Dealers will install a grommet and 2 screws, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 23, 2023. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#10438-1.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
