Recall 23V850000 · manufacturer campaign 210-1714

Suspension — Coachmen · reported 15 Dec 2023 · 19 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Coachmen Concord CNC321DSF motorhomes. The air suspension air line may be incorrectly installed near the exhaust, which can cause a sudden loss of rear suspension.

The risk

A loss of suspension can cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will re-route the air lines and 12-volt wiring away from the vehicle exhaust, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 4, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-8602. Forest River's number for this recall is 210-1714.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
