Recall 24V219000 · manufacturer campaign L62X-R.02.24

Exterior Lighting › Headlights — Lamborghini · reported 21 Mar 2024 · 22 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2024 Huracan vehicles. The high beam headlights may not activate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The risk

High beam headlights that do not activate as intended can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will reconfigure the vehicle high beam settings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 20, 2024. Owners may contact Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Lamborghini's number for this recall is L62X-R.02.24.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
