Recall 24V876000
Equipment › Recreational Vehicle/trailer › Lpg Systems › Water Heater — Oliver Travel Trailers · reported 20 Nov 2024 · 784 vehicles potentially affected
What's wrong
Oliver Travel Trailers, INC. (OTT) is recalling certain 2016-2024 Elite I and Elite II travel trailers equipped with a Truma Aqua Go Water Heater with Burner Assembly, part number 77000-90400. The water heater burner bracket assembly may become loose, causing wiring damage and the flame to be misdirected.
The risk
A misdirected flame increases the risk of fire or burn injury.
The fix
Dealers will replace the water heater burner assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed mailed December 3, 2024. Owners may contact OTT customer service at 1-888-526-3978.
Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or go to nhtsa.gov.
Vehicles covered by this recall
Whether a particular car is affected and still unrepaired depends on its VIN — a model year being listed does not mean every car of that year is included. Check any VIN free on CarLogs, or at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
Is this car's recall fixed?
Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
