Recall 25V037000 · manufacturer campaign C10129

Electrical System › Wiring — Mitsubishi Fuso · reported 28 Jan 2025 · 233 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) is recalling certain 2024 FEC7K and FEC9K trucks. The chassis harness may have been improperly sealed. Water intrusion can shut down the EV system, causing a loss of drive power.

The risk

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will repair the chassis wire harness and replace the fuse terminals as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 28, 2025. Owners may contact MFTA customer service at 1-877-711-0707. MFTA's number for this recall is C10129.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or go to nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
