What's wrong

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. A software error may cause the forward collision sensing radar to fail.

The risk

An inoperative radar increases the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will update the radar software, free of charge. Both vehicles were repaired by January 30, 2025. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2501.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or go to nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
