Recall 25V204000

Electrical System › Propulsion System › Traction Battery — Bollinger Motors · reported 1 Apr 2025 · 17 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Bollinger Motors, Inc. (Bollinger Motors) is recalling certain 2025 B4 trucks. The high voltage battery pack may be improperly sealed and allow liquid to enter the battery.

The risk

Liquid intrusion into a battery pack can cause a loss of electrical isolation or short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire or shock hazard. In addition, the detection of a battery fault can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Bollinger Motors will work with Our Next Energy to inspect and repair the battery packs as necessary, free of charge. Owners can contact Bolling Motors at 586-785-7351.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236 (TTY 888-275-9171) or go to nhtsa.gov.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
