Recall 25V215000 · manufacturer campaign C10135

Exterior Lighting › Turn Signal — Mitsubishi Fuso · reported 13 May 2025 · 243 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) is recalling certain 2024 Rizon FEC7K and FEC9K trucks equipped with turn signals integrated into the Koito headlights. The bulb socket may be defective, causing the front turn signals to burn out.

The risk

Inoperative turn signals cannot show the driver's intentions to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will replace the headlights, free of charge. Owner notification letters was mailed August 8, 2025. Owners may contact MFTA customer service at 1-877-711-0707. MFTA's number for this recall is C10135.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1- 888-275-9171), or go to www.safercar.gov.
