Recall 25V305000

Structure › Body › Step/ladder — Drv · reported 9 May 2025 · 16 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

DRV Suites (DRV) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Full House toy hauler travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

The risk

Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.

The fix

Dealers will replace the clip-on bracket assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 19, 2025. Owners may contact DRV customer service at 1-260-562-3500.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1- 888-275-9171), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Vehicles covered by this recall

Whether a particular car is affected and still unrepaired depends on its VIN — a model year being listed does not mean every car of that year is included. Check any VIN free on CarLogs, or at nhtsa.gov/recalls.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
