Recall 25V354000

Structure › Emergency › Escape/egress/exit › Latching/release System — Temsa · reported 26 Jun 2025 · 341 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Temsa is recalling certain 2022-2025 TS30, 2023-2024 TS45, 2024 TS35, and 2025 TS45E vehicles. The lock mechanism may have been installed incorrectly, causing the roof hatch release handle to break.

The risk

A broken handle could prevent or delay occupants from exiting the vehicle during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.

The fix

Temsa will inspect and repair the mounting surface, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.

Whether a particular car is affected and still unrepaired depends on its VIN — a model year being listed does not mean every car of that year is included. Check any VIN free on CarLogs, or at nhtsa.gov/recalls.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
