What's wrong

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Husk-e terminal trucks. The high voltage short circuit protection system may have an inadequate fuse.

The risk

In the event of a short, the fuse may open too slowly or not at all, increasing the risk of a fire.

The fix

OEV will replace the fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2025. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2025-SRC-04.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
