Recall 25V642000 · manufacturer campaign 88C

Structure › Exterior Trim — Jeep · reported 25 Sep 2025 · 123,396 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The quarter trim on the driver and passenger windows may not have been properly secured, which can allow it to detach.

The risk

Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Dealers will inspect and replace the quarter window glass assembly, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning February 19, 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 88C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 2, 2025.

Vehicles covered by this recall

Whether a particular car is affected and still unrepaired depends on its VIN — a model year being listed does not mean every car of that year is included. Check any VIN free on CarLogs, or at nhtsa.gov/recalls.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
