Equipment › Other › Labels — Entegra, Jayco · reported 28 Oct 2025 · 100 vehicles potentially affected

What's wrong

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The Certification Label may have the front and rear axle information reversed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

The risk

A tire can be over or under inflated after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Jayco will mail correct labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903641.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
