Equipment › Other › Labels — Land Rover · reported 9 Jan 2026 · 8 vehicles potentially affected
What's wrong
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Range Rover Sport vehicles. The vehicle weight information listed on the certification label is incorrect.
The risk
Incorrect weight information on the certification label could lead to overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix
Dealers will replace the certification label, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed February 27, 2026. Owners may contact Land Rover's customer service at 800-637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is D082. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 6, 2026.
Vehicles covered by this recall
Whether a particular car is affected and still unrepaired depends on its VIN — a model year being listed does not mean every car of that year is included. Check any VIN free on CarLogs, or at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
Is this car's recall fixed?
Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
