What's wrong

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Dynamax Europa and Grand Sport GT motorhomes. The distribution panel may not be properly bonded to the chassis ground, allowing a conductor to energize the chassis.

The risk

An energized chassis increases the risk of injury and electrocution.

The fix

Dealers will inspect and add a chassis bonding wire as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 14, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-522-1368. Forest River's number for this recall is 40-2038.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
