What's wrong

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2027 E-ACTT terminal tractors. The Antilock Braking System (ABS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) may be improperly secured, allowing the ABS ECU to separate.

The risk

A separated ABS ECU may become damaged, causing the ABS system to fail and increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix

Autocar will replace the fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2026. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACTT-2601.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
