What's wrong

THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 101, "CONTROLS AND DISPLAYS". THE VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH AN OPTIONAL ADJUSTABLE HAND THROTTLE THAT WAS NOT LABELED AS REQUIRED.

The fix

THE DEALER WILL PROVIDE OWNER WITH APPROPRIATE LABEL TO BE PLACED IN VEHICLE, WITHOUT CHARGE.
