What's wrong
WHEN RAISING THE ROOF, IF IT IS CRANKED PAST THE POINT WHERE THE SAFETY HOOK ENGAGES OR GOES BEYOND THE YELLOW INDICATOR MARK ON THE WINCH, THE LIFTER SYSTEM YOKE MAY FAIL AND ROOF MAY COLLAPSE.
The fix
DEALER WILL RETROFIT THE CAMPER WITH A NEW YOKE, FREE OF CHARGE.
