What's wrong

A DEFECTIVE WELD CONDITION MAY EXIST AT THE PEDAL TO ACCELERATOR ROD CONNECTION.

The fix

ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES WILL HAVE THE PEDAL ASSEMBLY REPLACED.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES.SYSTEM: FUEL; ACCELERATOR, CONTROL PEDAL.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: SHOULD SEPARATION AT THE CONNECTION OCCUR, LOSS OFSPEED CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT MAY RESULT.
