What's wrong

THE BRACKETS USED TO MOUNT THE AUXILIARY FUEL TANK WERE INADEQUATELY WELDED TO THE CHASSIS FRAME RAILS.

The fix

THE DEALER WILL INSTALL TWO STRAPS BOLTED TO THE FRAME RAILS AND FLOOR JOISTS TO SECURE THE TANK AT NO COST TO OWNER.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTORHOMES EQUIPPED WITH AUXILIARY SIDE FLANGE MOUNT FUELTANKS.SYSTEM: FUEL; FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, LOOSENING OR LOSS OF THEAUXILIARY FUEL TANK MAY OCCUR WHICH MAY RESULT IN A FIRE AND VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
