What's wrong

SOME MOPEDS MAY NOT BE EQUIPPED WITH REARVIEW MIRRORS AS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 111, "REARVIEW MIRRORS".

The fix

DEALER WILL INSTALL A REARVIEW MIRROR, IF MISSING, WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOPEDS.SYSTEM: VISUAL; REARVIEW MIRRORS.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: LACK OF A REARVIEW MIRROR POSES A SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARDTHAT MAY LEAD TO A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.NOTE: EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD BE USED IN EXECUTING LANE CHANGES UNTIL THEREARVIEW MIRROR IS INSTALLED.
