What's wrong

THE PARKING BRAKE LINKAGE MAY NOT EXERT SUFFICIENT FORCE TO THE PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM TO HOLD THE VEHICLE WHEN PARKED ON A SLOPE.

The fix

PARKING BRAKE LINKAGE KITS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE DEFECT.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRUCKS.SYSTEM: PARKING BRAKES; LINKAGE.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: IF THE PARKING BRAKE FAILS TO HOLD, UNEXPECTED VEHICLEMOVEMENT COULD CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE AND PERSONAL INJURY.
