What's wrong

THE WELD BETWEEN THE GRABHANDLE AND MOUNTING PLATE MAY FAIL, CAUSING GRABHANDLE TO COME OFF UNEXPECTEDLY.

The fix

GRABHANDLE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A STRENGTHENED VERSION.
