What's wrong

THE COUNTER BALANCE VALVE COULD FAIL AND ALLOW THE HYDRAULIC BOOM LIFT TO LOWER WITHOUT WARNING. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: SHOULD THE BOOM LOWER WITH A VEHICLE IN TOW, A VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR.

The fix

INSTALL NEW COUNTER BALANCE VALVES NOT SUBJECT TO THIS DEFECT.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: POWER WRECKERS-MODELS 1100 (5 TON) AND 1200 (7 TON). SYSTEM: COUNTER BALANCE VALVE FOR LIFT.
