CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE RESTRICTING OF THROTTLE ROD MOVEMENT CAUSES A LOSS OF THROTTLE CONTROL WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

The fix

Is this car's recall fixed?
