What's wrong

FOUR TO FIVE SMALL HOLES MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT UNSEALED AT REAR EDGE OF FLOOR; ALSO, THERE MAY BE A TEAR IN THE FLOOR SHEET METAL.

The risk

CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) COULD ENTER THE OCCUPIED PORTION OFTHE AMBULANCE.

The fix

FILL ANY HOLES IN THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND FLOOR WITH SILICONE CAULK.

SYSTEM: STRUCTURE.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: NATIONAL AND ATLANTIC TYPE II VAN TYPE AMBULANCES ON FORDE 350 CHASSIS.
