What's wrong

WELD CRACKS AND AXLE FRACTURES COULD OCCUR DUE TO INCOMPATIBILITY OF NEWAY RC 122 SUSPENSION AND ROCKWELL AXLES.

The risk

CRACKS COULD LEAD TO COMPLETE FAILURE OF AXLE BEAM;VEHICLE HANDLING WOULD BE IMPAIRED.

The fix

REPLACE ROCKWELL AXLES WITH AN APPROVED ALTERNATIVE.

SYSTEM: SUSPENSION/AXLE.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: COMMERICAL HIGHWAY TANK TRAILERS.
