THE MALLEABLE IRON REAR HUBS MAY EXHIBIT CRACKS. ALSO, THE FRONT AXLE HUBS MAY HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY HEAT TREATED.

The risk

AXLE HUBS MAY CRACK STARTING AT POINT WHERE WHEEL STUDSHAVE BEEN PRESSED INTO THE HUB.

The fix

REPLACE AXLE HUB, AS NECESSARY.
