A RELAY IN THE FLASHING CIRCUIT COULD FAIL.

The risk

RED WARNING LIGHTS WOULD NOT FLASH, BUT WOULD BE ONCONSTANTLY.

The fix

REPLACE DEFECTIVE FLASHER UNITS WITH NEW UNITS WITH RELIABLE RELAYS.
