FASTENERS THAT HOLD THE REAR WHEEL TO THE HUB AND DRUM ASSEMBLY MAY BE IMPROPERLY TORQUED.

The risk

AN UNDERTORQUED FASTENER WILL LOOSEN UP AND CAN RESULT INWHEEL SEPARATION, LOSS OF CONTROL, AND AN ACCIDENT.

The fix

PROPERLY TORQUE REAR WHEEL SPACE FASTENERS.
