MOVABLE PART OF SEAT IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THE SEAT BELT.

SEAT BELT MAY NOT PROPERLY RESTRAIN DRIVER.

The fix

INSTALL A TETHER STRAP.
