DRIVERS SEAT AND/OR SHOULDER BELT LOCKING MECHANISM MAY NOT OPERATE.

The risk

IN A CRASH, AFFECTED BELTS WOULD NOT LOCK, THEREBYINCREASING THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY TO THE SEAT OCCUPANT.

The fix

INSTALL A NEW DRIVERS SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY.

SYSTEM: SEAT BELT.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: VAN TYPE PASSENGER VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH BUCKET SEATS ANDGRAY INTERIOR TRIM.
