WHEN SEAT BELTS ARE NOT BEING WORN, ABRADING OF THE WEBBING MAY OCCUR AT THE D-RING.
The risk
SEAT BELT MAY NOT PROPERLY RESTRAIN OCCUPANT IN CASEOF AN ACCIDENT WHICH COULD RESULT IN MORE SERIOUS INJURIES.
The fix
REPLACE SEAT BELT WEBBING.
