STATIONARY REAR WINDOWS INSTEAD OF EMERGENCY EXIT TYPE WERE INSTALLED. ALSO, DRIVERS DOOR AS AN EMERGENCY EXIT, WAS NOT PROPERLY IDENTIFIED AND LABELED.

INSTALL EMERGENCY EXIT TYPE WINDOW IN REAR OF BUS. INSTALL EMERGENCY EXIT LABELING FOR DRIVERS DOOR.
