What's wrong

METAL FORMED ENDS OF SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR MAY BE CRACKED.

The risk

SEAT BELT ANCHORAGES WOULD NOT SUSTAIN SEAT BELT LOADS INA CRASH, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE OCCUPANT.

The fix

REPLACE TOP PLATE WELDMENT, INCLUDING SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR, ON SEAT PEDESTALS.

NOTE:KUSTOM FIT, A DIVISION OF BOSTROM SEATING, INC., INITIATED THIS RECALL AND WILL IMPLEMENT THE RECALL ACTION ON THE SEATS INSTALLED IN MOTORHOMES AT FLEETWOOD ENTERPRISES, INC. DEALERSHIPS.SYSTEM: SEAT BELT ANCHORAGES.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTORHOMES.
