What's wrong

THE INNER WHEEL BEARING CONES WERE OMITTED FROM THE WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. MISSING INNER BEARING CONES CAN CAUSE OIL SEAL DETERIORATION OR CAUSE OVERHEATED BRAKES BECAUSE THE BRAKE DRUM COULD REST ON THE BRAKE LINING.

The risk

OVERHEATED BRAKES RESULT IN INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCES;DETERIORATED OIL SEALS CAN RESULT IN SEIZED BEARINGS AND WHEEL FAILURES.

The fix

INSTALL MISSING INNER WHEEL BEARING CONES.

SYSTEM: WHEELS.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: DRY FREIGHT VAN TRAILERS; ALUMINUM PANEL, CLOSED VAN.

Is this car's recall fixed?

Recall repairs are free at any franchised dealer, for the life of the vehicle. A CarLogs report shows the recall status for a specific VIN as reported by the manufacturer — whether it's open or repaired, and whether the fix is available yet.
