THE LABEL REQUIRING TIRE AND RIM INFORMATION WAS NOT INSTALLED AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAT PASSENGER CARS."
