What's wrong

THE FLUORESCENT LIGHT CIRCUIT DIODE, LOCATED UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT, CAN OVERHEAT.

The risk

THIS DIODE CAN BECOME HOT ENOUGH TO IGNITE SURROUNDING MATERIAL RESULTING IN A POSSIBLE VEHICLE FIRE.

The fix

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THIS DIODE WITH A SOLENOID THAT WILL ELECTRICALLY DISCONNECT THE WIRE INSTEAD OF PREVENTING BACK-FEEDING WITH A DIODE.

SYSTEM: ELECTRICAL.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: AMBULANCES.NOTE: OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME,SHOULD CONTACT MCCOY MILLER AT 1-219-264-7511.
